When It All Started
For over a decade, Halifax General Contractors, a locally owned and operated business, has been leading the way as a premier design/build renovator and remodeler.
From the beginning, we saw opportunities to help improve and transform the way people live in their homes. We wanted to provide a service that would create function and value for homeowners.

What is my favorite part about being a Designer and Project Developer at HGC Design Build and Archadeck of Nova Scotia? It is hands-down the ability to work directly with clients from start to finish. Wearing both hats means I get to help people design their dream outdoor and home projects, while simultaneously managing the logistics to make it work within their budget. From the very first sketch to the final walkthrough, I love being part of the journey. But the absolute best moment?
